I’ve always loved helping others succeed—that’s what led me to initially train as a teacher! For several years, I taught English to immigrants from all over the world, which was incredibly rewarding. Over time I realised I wanted to make an impact in a different way. So, I went back to school, earned my MBA, and started working at some of the best Australian universities, taking on roles in marketing, project management, student engagement, and event management.
And you know what I’ve learned? I thrive when I’m in the thick of it—keeping systems running smoothly even in the most uncertain times, preparing for and managing the curveballs that big-scope projects (or pandemics) may throw our way, and making sure your brilliance takes centre stage. Turning chaos into calm and seeing YOU succeed lights me up!
While I loved my time in education (I mean it, I’m a big nerd), seeing my immigrant parents build their successful small business from nothing has inspired me to step out and help others build their dreams.
